What is highlighter in makeup?
Highlighting is blending a lighter color of makeup onto certain parts of your face to highlight them , i.e. the top of your cheekbones, the bridge of your nose, your chin, Cupid's bow, the center of your forehead and other areas that you want to stand out more than usual.
